Three product surfaces
The agency management portal manages the platform. The client workspace manages connected accounts, templates, and embeds. The client-facing dashboard is a separate iframe that reads a prepared reporting snapshot.
Connect and verify an account source.
Assign a dashboard template and presentation settings.
Copy the stable dashboard embed.
Refresh, manage, or disconnect the source when needed.
The lifecycle
Turn connected account data into a clear reporting destination for your clients.
Copy one stable embed into the client experience and keep the presentation on brand.
Use a queued refresh model that protects connected accounts from unnecessary API pressure.
See connected accounts, assignment health, access checks, and source status in one workspace.
Start from curated templates, then use organization or location-level presentation choices.
Remove a source through a guarded flow that invalidates its embed and clears associated source data.

No. Connected-account data is refreshed through a managed queue. Core reporting data is scheduled frequently, while some historical or provider-limited data is reconciled on a longer cadence.
One active connected HighLevel client account or location counts as one account. Reusing the same dashboard embed does not create another charge.
Yes. Authorized source managers can permanently disconnect a source. This invalidates its embed and removes the encrypted credential, cached reporting data, source-specific settings, and related sync state.
No CRM-record write permissions are requested. The narrow oauth.write permission is used only for an authorized company-to-location token exchange.
