Scope
We process portal-account and authentication information to provide the workspace. When billing is enabled, payment information is handled through the approved billing provider rather than published in this site.
How this applies
For customer-directed CRM data, Agency Dash Pro acts as a service provider or processor. The service may read approved HighLevel record categories and retain aggregate dashboard metrics; recent encrypted drilldown information may be retained under the published data-usage model.
Launch status
Active credentials and current dashboard snapshots remain until the connected account is removed. A source disconnect deletes its associated credential, cached reporting data, source-specific settings, and related state.
